Well, well. It turns out the rumor (http://www.crunchgear.com/2009/11/03/rumor-walmart-selling-199-xbox-360-with-100-gift-card-on-saturday/) was correct. Walmart is in fact (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/catalog.gsp?cat=648061&povid=cat14503-env172199-module110409-lLinkSP1) giving away a $100 gift card with the purchase of the $199 Xbox 360 this Saturday. I don’t think you need help figuring out that this deal effectively drops the price down to $99. But if you need help spending your gift card, hit me up. For those of you who don't have a 360 or were thinking about getting one. I would say get there early and be ready because it's going to be crazy. :O

I just saw a deal for the 360 Elite with 4 games for £189.99 on TV, not sure which store (wasnt watching until I saw the 360 :P) but, I was impressed with that and thats like.....$320 or something :|. $99 I couldnt resist *moves to the US*.

my friend got one, he has owned 4 360's in the 3 years that I have known him, he has modded them all and they have all been banned. I speculate whether the modding had anything to do with it....but again speculation and the 3rd and 4th ones were used and parts replaced.

I did have a conversation with him, that perhaps it's time to go legit? Why do you need games 2 weeks or a month prior to release. He can't afford "new" games and I told him do like I do wait.....besides your game guy is lazy and charges too much for games.

he said he would think about it, I said that three year warranty should make you think harder we will see oh he also said not too many people were there grabbing them.
