To run: download and extract the RainUltraLiteMMS folder and its contents to you desktop, open the folder up and double click the RainsUltraLiteMMS.exe to start. Connect your PSP up and enable USB, select your drive letter, check Format memory stick, then "Make MMS". When finished you should have a magic memory stick for the version you select ready to use. This also works with some card readers.
The actual use of the magic memory stick is detailed in the readme of the download. Basically: insert mms, hold down and continue to hold down the Left trigger and insert the pandora battery. Release the trigger when the installation menu comes up. Select install M33. The installation will begin, just leave it alone until finished.
